    Overview

Upon completion of our J.B.A. phase, a management candidate is promoted to the position of Senior Brand Ambassador aka S.B.A. To effectively lead a team and manage a sales and marketing campaign for a Fortune 500 client, it is necessary for one to be well versed and experienced in every aspect of leadership and management. Thus, this phase of training is considered our “dress rehearsal for management,” and is the longest and most intensive of our development process. Advancement through the S.B.A. phase is not determined by time or seniority, but rather by demonstrated mastery of each component of leadership and business acumen.
